TITLE: TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF BRANDING SERVICES

INVITATION TO TENDER №91/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/01/11/2024

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites bids from qualified local bidders for the provision of branding services under a framework contract.

Specifications for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 11^th November 2024. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 20th November 2024 at 3:30PM on an ERP Portal that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandan francs and payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, RDB registration certificate, RSSB Clearance certificate, RRA Tax clearance certificate, proof of experience in the provision of branding activities done elsewhere. Preselected bidders may be required to submit branded samples for approval.
