Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies, one of which is the original, must be delivered to CIMERWA procurement office, Kigali (Kimihnurura) or Email PDF password-encrypted copies to  Tenders@CIMERWA.RW    not later than 20 February 2023 at 4:00pm local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened irrespective of circumstances. A mandatory site visit is scheduled on the 15th February 2023 from 10:00am to 12:00pm local time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the same day at 4:30 pm at Cimerwa HQ (Kimihurura).
