As the Bank wishes to undertake various branch set up projects, I&M Bank (Rwanda) Plc. would like to invite qualified and interested bidders to submit their proposals for the below listed bids:

LOT 1 - Proposed Fitout Works For Kicukiro Branch

LOT 2 - Proposed Fitout Works For Masaka Satelite Branch

LOT 3 - Proposed Fitout Works For Gaculiro Digital Branch

LOT 4 - Supply Of Loose Furniture For Kicukiro, Masaka and Gaculiro Branches

Tender documents can be obtained from I&M Bank (Rwanda) Plc headquarters, Internal Services and Procurement offices on the 2nd Floor of the building left wing, starting from Friday 14th July 2023 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rwf 25,000 to the account mentioned below:

Compulsory sites visit is scheduled as below:

• LOT 1 - Kicukiro - Tuesday 18th July 2023- 10AM LOT 2 - Masaka - Tuesday 18th July 2023-11 Am LOT 3 - Gaculiro - Tuesday 18th July 2023-12PM

The bids shall be accompanied with a bid security of Rwf. 1,000,000 for lots 1&3, Rwf. 2,000,000 for lot 4 and Rwf 300,000 for lot 2, from a recognized bank or insurance company registered in Rwanda.

Properly bound and sealed proposals shall be submitted to I&M Bank (Rwanda) Plc. Procurement offices on Thursday 3rd August 2023 at 10AM. Late bids shall be rejected.
