Terms of Reference (ToR) for partitioning and painting works

VisionFund Rwanda (VFR) PLC is a subsidiary of VisionFund International and one of the largest deposit taking MFIs in Rwanda whose mission is to provide financial and non-financial services to underprivileged rural communities. For more information, please visit us on: https://www.visionfund.org

VFR is therefore looking for suppliers or service providers to submit the competitive bids for partitioning and painting works for its new Muhanga Branch office located in Muhanga district.

In order to avail all necessary information related to the mentioned works a mandatory site visit shall be carried out by all interested suppliers, as this will help them to prepare their bidding documents basing on the true information from the site. That visit is organized on 13^th December 2023 at 11:00 am.

Interested and qualified suppliers or service providers are encouraged to express their interests for this partitioning with suitable drawings and painting works using company colors in sealed envelopes with both their company and tender names on it to the Administration officer located at Nyarutarama by 15^th December 2023 before 14:00. Late offers will not be considered.
