4. Rwanda Revenue Authority Clearance Certificate;
5. Rwanda Social Security Board Clearance Certificate;
6. At least three good completion certificates;
7. Bid security of one million Rwandan Francs (Frw 1,000,000) from a recognized bank or Insurance Company;
8. Financial offer document;
9. Provide document detailing physical address of the bidder;
10. Performance security equivalent to 10% of the total contract value at the signature of the contract;
