JOB DETAILS:
Brief Role Description:
We are looking for technically oriented engineer who is passionate about working in telecom/value added services. As an engineer you will responsible to monitor, support day to day product operational activities under managed services project at client side.

Principal Accountabilities:
• 24x7 availability for adhoc support and working in shifts.
• Own E2E ownership on delivering managed services KPI’s, SLA for all the issues/incidents/SR.
• Ensuring quality deliverables as per expectations with close coordination with team.
• Handle customer queries and complaints received directly or through the company support organization.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stake holders (Customer)

Skills & Abilities:
Technical
• Must have extensive experience in Linux/Unix OS. .
• Must have experience in Databases like MySQL/Oracle
• Must have experience in telecom messaging products – USSD and SMSC.
• Must have excellent experience in debugging and Problem Solving (TCPDUMP, networking troubleshooting)
• Must have experience in SS7 stack / Signaling.
• Must be good in finding RCA and writing RCA for the problems
• Good to have knowledge on Redis and other in memory database.
• Good to have knowledge on WEB Servers like Tomcat
